Wuling Strengthens Its Worry-Free Ownership Commitment Through Eksion After-Sales Services

From general warranty, lifetime warranty for core EV & PHEV components to customer assistance
Jakarta, April 22, 2026 – During the media briefing session held at the Grand Launching of the Wuling Eksion on Wednesday (4/22) at Mall Kota Kasablanka, Jakarta, Wuling Motors (Wuling) reaffirmed its commitment to delivering comprehensive after-sales services for Eksion customers. This program includes warranty protection, ease of periodic maintenance, and emergency assistance support, as part of Wuling’s effort to provide peace of mind and comfort for customers in owning the Eksion.
“Through these after-sales services, we aim to deliver a comfortable and worry-free ownership experience for our customers. With the introduction of Eksion, Wuling also provides comprehensive protection ranging from general warranty to lifetime warranty for core EV and PHEV components, as well as customer assistance support,” said Maulana Hakim, Aftersales Director of Wuling Motors.
As part of its comprehensive protection, Wuling provides a general vehicle warranty of 6 years or 150,000 kilometers for all variants. Specifically for the Plug-in Hybrid Electric Vehicle (PHEV) variant, an additional engine warranty of up to 8 years or 150,000 kilometers is provided. In addition, both the Eksion EV and Eksion PHEV receive a 12V battery warranty of 1 year or 20,000 kilometers. All warranties are subject to terms and conditions and whichever comes first.
Furthermore, Wuling offers a Lifetime Core Component Warranty covering three main components for both EV and PHEV variants, namely the Power Battery as the main energy source, the Drive Motor which powers the vehicle, and the Motor Controller Unit that regulates power flow from the battery to the motor. This warranty applies to first owners for personal use, with a maximum limit of 30,000 kilometers per year, and requires periodic maintenance at authorized Wuling service networks using genuine parts. This coverage does not include damages caused by modifications, accidents, fire, flooding, or other external factors.
To support maintenance convenience, Wuling also provides a periodic maintenance scheme tailored to each technology. For the EV variant, maintenance intervals are set every 5,000 kilometers starting from 5,000 kilometers, focusing on key components such as reducer oil, AC filter, coolant, and brake fluid. The estimated total maintenance cost over 5.5 years or 55,000 kilometers is approximately IDR 3.3 million.
Meanwhile, the PHEV variant applies maintenance intervals every 7,500 kilometers starting from 5,000 kilometers, covering a broader range of components such as engine oil, gasket oil drain plug, oil filter, DHT oil, spark plug, brake fluid, air filter, AC filter, coolant for both hybrid system and engine, as well as the carbon canister. The estimated total maintenance cost over 5.5 years or 42,500 kilometers is approximately IDR 14.2 million.
Complementing these services, Wuling provides 24-hour Emergency Roadside Assistance (ERA), accessible via 0800-100-5050. This service is available for Wuling customers facing emergency situations during their journey. Additionally, customers can access the Wuling Hotline Service free of charge through the same number for 24-hour customer assistance, emergency reporting, and handling of complaints related to dealer services or products.
