Surabaya, August 26, 2026 – Wuling Motors (Wuling) is once again participating in the GAIKINDO Indonesia International Auto Show (GIIAS) The Series 2026 through GIIAS Surabaya, taking place from August 26–30, 2026, at Grand City Convex, Surabaya. At this event, Wuling occupies a 270 m² booth at Exhibition Hall, Ground Floor, Booth R. Wuling’s participation in GIIAS Surabaya this year serves as an opportunity to introduce the Aira ev, Wuling’s latest city car EV that was nationally launched on July 29, 2026, more closely to the people of Surabaya and surrounding areas, while also offering a variety of exciting experiences and attractive offers throughout the exhibition.

Carrying the tagline ‘Fun Everyday, For Everyone’, Aira ev is a city car EV designed to support everyday mobility, available in two variants: the Standard Range, offering a driving range of up to 205 kilometers (CLTC), and the Long Range, offering a driving range of up to 301 kilometers (CLTC). The name ‘Aira’ is inspired by the English word ‘Air’, symbolizing something that is close to everyday life, adaptable, and capable of providing comfort throughout every journey.
The Wuling Aira ev combines four key characteristics: Artistic, Innovative, Friendly, and Safe. Its artistic character is reflected in the Neo Classic Design on the exterior and the Fun Pod Interior Design in the cabin. In terms of innovation, Aira ev is equipped with technologies that enhance driving convenience, such as DC Fast Charging and a 10.1-inch control panel with smartphone interconnection. Meanwhile, its friendly character is reflected in its compact dimensions, practical cabin access with four doors, and affordability, with energy usage costs of approximately IDR 151 per kilometer. Furthermore, safety is reinforced through the use of 60% high-strength steel, Magic Battery Pro, and a range of safety features that provide a greater sense of security and confidence throughout every journey.
Adding to the appeal of Aira ev at GIIAS Surabaya 2026, Wuling is once again presenting a special collaboration inspired by Disney and Pixar’s Toy Story 5. This special edition features decal designs inspired by the characters Woody on the Starry Black colorway, creating a classic yet stylish impression; Buzz Lightyear on the Milk Tea colorway, delivering a modern and dynamic look; and Jessie on the Galaxy Blue colorway, offering a more colorful and expressive appearance. Exclusively at GIIAS Surabaya 2026, the Aira ev featuring Disney and Pixar’s Toy Story 5-inspired decal designs is available in a limited quantity of 30 units.
To provide greater convenience for consumers who wish to own an electric vehicle immediately, Wuling is presenting the Deal n Drive program. Through this program, consumers have the opportunity to take home an Aira ev on the same day once the purchase process has been completed and all requirements have been fulfilled, exclusively for the Standard Range variant.
