Compact SUV now features a refreshed design, additional features, new body color options, and more advanced technology
Tangerang, November 21, 2025 – Wuling Motors (Wuling) officially launched the New Alvez at the Permata Bank GAIKINDO Jakarta Auto Week (GJAW) 2025, held from 21–30 November 2025 at ICE BSD City, Tangerang. Through its presence at the event, Wuling introduces updates to its flagship 5-seater compact SUV, now enhanced to be even more relevant to the needs of consumers in Indonesia.

This refresh was designed to address the key preferences of consumers in the compact SUV segment. All these enhancements are unified under the concept ‘It’s All You Need’,” said Danang Wiratmoko, Product Communication Manager of Wuling Motors.
Starting with the exterior, the New Alvez presents a more modern appearance thanks to its redesigned grille that blends stylish and sporty elements. The front lighting system continues to feature LED projector headlamps with Daytime Running Light (DRL), offering improved visibility while reinforcing the vehicle’s modern character. The 16-inch alloy wheels also complement the refreshed look. Color updates are introduced through six available choices, including the newest shade, Milk Tea, which highlights a modern and stylish impression.
Inside, the New Alvez continues to offer an elegant and premium cabin atmosphere. The use of a soft-touch dashboard, leather-wrapped steering wheel, and red stitch accents adds a refined feel to the interior. The upscale impression is further strengthened by the synthetic leather seats and the electric sunroof, enhancing driving enjoyment.
To support modern mobility, the New Alvez remains equipped with a comprehensive suite of advanced technologies. The ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance System) offers active safety support through various features, including Adaptive Cruise Control, Lane Departure Warning, Automatic Emergency Braking, and Traffic Jam Assistance. Connectivity features include the Internet of Vehicle (IoV), enabling users to access multiple vehicle functions through their smartphones. Additionally, the Wuling Indonesian Voice Command (WIND) allows users to operate various features using voice commands in Indonesian.
In terms of safety, the New Alvez is equipped with airbags and ISOFIX, complemented by active safety features such as Electronic Stability Control (ESC), ABS, EBD, AVH, ESS, Hill Hold Control (HHC), and TPMS. This combination of features is designed to provide maximum safety and stability across a wide range of driving conditions.
For entertainment and driving information, the New Alvez features a 10.25-inch head unit with smartphone interconnection, paired with four speakers throughout the cabin. A rear-view camera with dynamic trajectory and rear parking sensors also assists the driver during parking maneuvers. The 7-inch TFT instrument cluster delivers a modern and easy-to-read display for driving information.
The New Alvez offers a spacious cabin with up to 625 liters of luggage capacity when the second-row seats are folded down, supporting daily family activities and urban lifestyles. Driving stability is further optimized with a 175 mm ground clearance for comfort in various road conditions. Its 2,550 mm wheelbase contributes to a roomy cabin that accommodates up to five passengers.
In terms of performance, the New Alvez is powered by a 1.5L engine producing 105 hp and 143 Nm of torque, designed to deliver optimal efficiency for everyday driving. This engine is paired with a manual transmission for the CE variant and a CVT for both CE and EX variants. A 45-liter fuel tank provides extended driving range for both urban and intercity travel.
