Wuling Launches New BinguoEV at the Wuling 8th Anniversary Event, Starting at Rp279 Million

Updates include interior color, new variants, exterior body colors, electric foldable mirror, and smartphone interconnection features
Cikarang, July 11, 2025 – Today, Wuling Motors officially launched the New BinguoEV, coinciding with the celebration of Wuling’s 8th anniversary in Indonesia. With the spirit of “Be The Icon,” this EV hatchback comes as a refreshed version of the BinguoEV which has dominated the small hatchback & crossover segment up to now. The updates include feature enhancements, additional exterior color options, interior color tones, and new variants to support modern daily mobility.
“Since it was first launched in December 2023, the BinguoEV has been one of Wuling’s most popular models. Today, we introduce the latest version as a response of feedback from consumers and the Indonesian market. We present the New BinguoEV with a variety of updates, from modern features and new variant options to expressive color choices, to make users icons in every journey,” explained Kharismawan Awangga, Sales Operation Director of Wuling Motors.
On the exterior, the New BinguoEV maintains its iconic, stylish, and characteristic design, now enhanced with a new electric foldable mirror feature. Its visual identity is reinforced with fresh new exterior color choices such as Lemon Yellow, Avocado Green, Milk Tea, and Galaxy Blue. Two exclusive colors are also available, which are Starry Black for the Lite variant and Tungsten Steel Grey for the Pro variant, adding a personalized and stylish impression.
Inside, the New BinguoEV features new cabin colors that give a warm and comfortable feel. The Pro variant comes with a Caramel Latte interior color scheme, while the Lite variant features Mocha Latte. These colors not only enhance the premium feel but also make the cabin feel more expressive for its users.
The New BinguoEV is equipped with two 10.25-inch full-color TFT displays, multifunction steering wheel buttons and cruise control for a practical and intuitive driving experience. The complete safety system includes ABS, EBD, Electronic Stability Control (ESC) airbags, Rear Camera, ISOFIX, TPMS and EPB with AVH. Four driving modes, Eco, Eco+, Normal and Sport, are available to match the user’s driving preferences. A new feature of smartphone interconnection has also been added to support a modern driving experience.
This hatchback EV continues to offer a spacious and functional cabin. It includes 15 multifunction storage compartments and a trunk with a capacity of up to 790 liters. The driver’s seat is electrically adjustable in six directions, complemented by a floating island-style dashboard design.
Not only that, the New BinguoEV is also efficient and practical. Powered by a 50kW electric motor with 150Nm of torque and a 31.9 kWh LFP battery, this vehicle can travel up to 333 km on a full charge. All variants are now equipped with fast charging capabilities, allowing for charging from 30% to 80% in just 35 minutes.
