Wuling Celebrates National Children’s Day Through “Bakti Pendidikan” CSR Program

Donating educational facilities and conducting One Day Teacher events at SDN 02 Sukamahi and SMPN 02 Cikarang
Bekasi Regency, July 23, 2026 – In honor of celebrating National Children’s Day, which takes place today, Wuling Motors (Wuling) carried out its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program, Wuling Bakti Pendidikan, at two schools in Bekasi Regency, namely SDN 02 Sukamahi and SMPN 02 Cikarang Timur. Through this program, Wuling provided educational facilities and organized a One Day Teacher program as part of the company’s commitment to supporting education and helping nurture Indonesia’s future generations.
“Education is one of the most important foundations for building Indonesia’s future. On this National Children’s Day, we would like to use this occasion as a reminder of the importance of providing a better learning environment for Indonesian children. We hope this CSR program will benefit students, educators, and schools, while also reflecting Wuling’s spirit of growing together with the people of Indonesia,” said M. Ivan Nuramdhani, Human Resource Director of Wuling Motors.
Wuling Bakti Pendidikan Program is part of Wuling’s long-term commitment to supporting education in Indonesia. Since establishing its presence in the country in 2017, Wuling has consistently carried out various educational CSR programs, ranging from providing learning facilities and school renovations to supporting teaching and learning activities. These initiatives demonstrate Wuling’s ongoing contribution to improving the quality of education through meaningful CSR programs.
Continuing the support provided to SDN 02 Sukamahi since 2019 through the Wuling Bakti Pendidikan program, this year Wuling once again donated educational supplies consisting of 6 (six) teachers’ desks and 10 (ten) cabinets for classrooms and teachers’ rooms to support teaching and learning activities. In addition to donating these educational facilities, Wuling employees also participated in the “One Day Teacher” program to share their knowledge and inspire the students.
Meanwhile, at SMPN 02 Cikarang Timur, Wuling donated 100 student desks, 100 student chairs, and 15 laptops computers to enhance the school’s learning environment. By providing these facilities, Wuling hopes that the teaching and learning process at SMPN 02 Cikarang Timur can proceed more comfortably thanks to more adequate educational resources.
Through its CSR program, Wuling Bakti Pendidikan, Wuling not only provides educational facilities but also encourages the company’s direct participation in supporting the teaching and learning process through the ‘One Day Teacher’ initiative. This program involves Wuling employees volunteering to serve as teachers for one day. The topics taught go beyond the school curriculum, allowing students to gain new knowledge, experience a fresh learning environment, and boost their motivation to learn.
In the future, Wuling will continue to introduce CSR programs that deliver tangible benefits to communities across Indonesia.
