Recognition from Tribun Bali to Wuling as a Driver of the Electric Vehicle Ecosystem in Bali
Denpasar, May 29, 2026 – Wuling Motors received an award at Tribun Bali Award 2026, organized by Tribun Bali at Gedung Dharma Negara Alaya, Denpasar, today, Friday (29/5). Wuling received the title of “Penggerak Ekosistem Kendaraan Listrik di Bali”. This award was presented as a form of appreciation for Wuling’s contribution to supporting the development of electrified vehicles as well as environmentally friendly mobility on the Island of the Gods.

The Tribun Bali Award 2026 & Talkshow event is part of the 12th anniversary celebration series of Tribun Bali, serving as a form of appreciation for regional governments, state-owned enterprises (BUMN), regionally owned enterprises (BUMD), private institutions, and individuals considered to have contributed to the development and advancement of Bali through various programs and innovations. Award recipients were determined based on Tribun Bali’s internal curation of contributions and initiatives that have generated positive impacts on society and Bali’s development across various sectors.
This award was received in recognition of Wuling’s innovation in technology development as well as its efforts in developing the vehicle electrification ecosystem in Indonesia, including in the Province of Bali. Wuling is driven by the spirit of providing electric vehicles that are accessible and relevant to the needs of Indonesian society, including those in Bali, which is known as a world-class tourism destination. Wuling also continues to deliver sustainable innovations that not only address the mobility needs of modern society but also support the creation of a greener and more sustainable future.
Since entering Bali in 2017, Wuling has continued to demonstrate positive growth in the region by recording total sales of more than 5,500 units as of March 2026. In the electrified vehicle segment, Wuling recorded sales of more than 1,500 units from 2022 to March 2026, contributing approximately 28% of Wuling’s total sales in Bali. During the same period, Wuling also achieved a 36% electric vehicle market share in Bali. This achievement reflects the growing acceptance of electrified vehicles among the public while strengthening Wuling’s contribution to supporting the development of the electric vehicle ecosystem in Bali.
Currently, Wuling is supported by 4 (four) 3S (Sales, Service, and Spare Parts) dealer networks in Bali, located across several areas. All dealer networks are equipped with charging station facilities to support the convenience of Wuling electric vehicle users. The presence of these dealer networks forms part of Wuling’s commitment to providing sales services, vehicle maintenance, and readily accessible spare parts availability for consumers in Bali.
