Wuling Introduces “Tenang Bersama Wuling” Program to Support the 2026 Eid Holiday Season

Featuring 6 Mudik Posts, 22 Standby Workshops with 8-hour service hours, and 23 Standby Workshops with 24-hour service hours during the holiday travel period.
Jakarta, March 13, 2026 – In welcoming this year’s Eid holiday season, Wuling Motors (Wuling) is once again introducing its aftersales program titled “Tenang Bersama Wuling”, which was presented during the Media Iftar Gathering held today (13/3) at Midaz Senayan Golf. This program reflects Wuling’s aftersales service to provide peace of mind for customers who are traveling during the Eid holiday period through various aftersales services designed to ensure vehicles remain in optimal condition.
“As part of Wuling’s service to customers, we are introducing the ‘Tenang Bersama Wuling’ program, which consists of several services ranging from a Service Campaign, Posko Mudik, to Bengkel Siaga. This initiative aims to provide safety and comfort during the Eid homecoming journey for both EV and non-EV vehicle users,” said Maulana Hakim, Aftersales Director of Wuling Motors.
The ‘Tenang Bersama Wuling’ Service Campaign runs from March 11 to March 31, 2026. Through this program, customers can enjoy various benefits such as engine oil discounts of up to 25% for non-EV vehicles, as well as free vehicle inspections and facilities at Wuling Posko Mudik and Bengkel Siaga.
As part of this Service Campaign, customers can also enjoy free vehicle inspections for both EV and non-EV vehicles. The inspection covers several general vehicle components such as tires, horn, lights, interior, wipers, battery, and brakes. Additional inspections are also provided depending on the vehicle type, including EV system and charging system checks for electric vehicles, as well as fuel system and engine compartment inspections for non-EV vehicles, including ICE, HEV, and Plug-in Hybrid models.
In addition to the Service Campaign, Wuling is also providing 6 Mudik Posts located along the Trans-Java toll road. These posts will operate during the outbound travel period on March 17–19, 2026, located at Cipali Rest Area KM 207A, Batang Rest Area KM 379A, and Ngawi Rest Area KM 575A, and during the return travel period on March 26–28, 2026, located at Ngawi Rest Area KM 575B, Batang Rest Area KM 389B, and Cipali Rest Area KM 208B. All locations are equipped with various facilities including vehicle inspections, AC charging for electric vehicles, waiting areas, Wi-Fi, as well as snacks and beverages.
Furthermore, Wuling has prepared Wuling Standby Workshops, consisting of 23 dealers providing 24-hour service hours, operating from March 18–24, 2026, across Java, Bali, Sumatra, and Sulawesi. In addition, 22 dealers will operate with 8-hour service hours from March 19–23, 2026, across Java, Sumatra, Kalimantan, Nusa Tenggara, and Sulawesi. These standby workshops are equipped with facilities such as waiting areas, restrooms, prayer rooms, snacks and beverages, as well as AC charging facilities for electric vehicles.
Additionally, Emergency Road Assistance (ERA) and towing services are available to support customers who may experience issues during their journey. Customers can also contact the Wuling Hotline Service & ERA 24 hours at 0800-100-5050 to receive emergency assistance during the Eid travel period, ensuring that their journey with family remains safe, comfortable, and worry-free.
